A Soft Return to Self is an invitation to slow down and come back into your body, your intuition, and your own inner knowing — without fixing, forcing, or performing.

This workshop is designed for people who feel overstimulated, disconnected, or quietly exhausted by the pace and expectations of daily life. Rather than pushing toward productivity or “self-improvement,” we practice gentleness, presence, and trust.
