Return to your body. Reclaim your rhythm. Remember your joy.

Slow, embodied living.

I guide others into the art of slow, embodied living—

where presence is felt in the body, decisions come from inner knowing, and life unfolds in alignment with what truly matters.

slow, rooted truth.

My work invites you to live more slowly and more fully—

I help you slow down and live with intention by reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom. Through tangible tools, mindset shifts rooted in compassion, and mindfulness practices like acceptance and loving-kindness—as well as neuroscience-backed methods for nervous system reprogramming—you’ll gain the confidence to live in a way that actually makes sense for you.

This is the path of slow, embodied living.

It begins by healing your relationship with yourself—softening into self-trust, presence, and peace. From there, everything else shifts: your relationships, your pace, your choices, and the way you show up for life.

My courses and content guide you gently out of hustle culture and the pressure to constantly perform or “keep up.” Together, we challenge the myth that faster is always better.

You’ll remember:
✨ You can slow down.
✨ You do have time.

✨ Time to cook nourishing meals.
✨ Time to have real conversations.
✨ Time to enjoy a deep, passionate marriage.
✨ Time to raise your children with presence and joy.

The belief that life, parenting, and work must feel like a constant struggle is simply not true. I know this because I’ve stepped outside that story—and I live the difference every single day.

This way of being isn’t something you have to buy or earn. It’s free. It’s here.
And my deepest calling is to help you come home to it. 🍃✨

Intentional. Embodied. Liberating.

This work is for you if...

✨ Are done living at the pace of burnout and hustle culture
✨ Want to feel steady, grounded, and clear in your daily life
✨ Crave deeper presence in your home, your relationships, and your parenting
✨ Long to rebuild trust in yourself—your body, your timing, your intuition
✨ Are ready to make mindful shifts that align with your values and season of life

My work isn’t here to tell you how to live—it’s here to guide you back to yourself. Through simple practices, gentle structure, and grounded tools, you'll begin to create lasting change from the inside out.

i’m Allie

From as early as I can remember, I’ve felt a quiet closeness to nature, to people, and to God. That connection has always lived in my body—in long walks, handwritten letters, porch conversations, and soft-spoken prayers. In 2015, after a summer in Europe and a chance encounter with a teacher in Baltimore, I was introduced to meditation. I didn’t know it at the time, but that moment would begin a slow unfolding—a coming home.

Meditation cracked something open in me. It cleared the noise, sharpened my vision, and deepened my connection to God, to my family, and to my own inner wisdom. It was the beginning of a different way of living—one built not on rushing or striving, but on presence, breath, and trust.

I’m a mom, a teacher, a wife, and a yoga instructor—rooted in the heart of the Midwest, finding meaning in home-cooked meals, early mornings, laughter at the dinner table, and the kind of beauty that asks you to pause long enough to notice it.

More than anything, I want to show you there’s another way—

To live awake.
To feel grounded.
To be truly happy—not because everything is perfect, but because you’re fully in your life.

This is slow, embodied living: where joy isn’t something to chase, but something that quietly rises from presence, acceptance, and love for your own unfolding story.
