Through journaling, askfirmations, meditation, and Yin Yoga, you’ll spend 2 hours just for you - slowing down enough to be with yourself, hear what your mind, heart, and body desire, and begin to cultivate those desires in real time.
How to Enjoy Your Workshop Experience ✨🕯️
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. This workshop is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a deep sense of presence.
To get the most out of this experience, I invite you to create a peaceful space just for you and get cozy. Here’s how to set the scene:
✨ Light some candles or dim the lights — something soft and calming.
✨ Find a comfy spot where you can fully relax and won’t be disturbed.
✨ Have a cozy blanket or pillow nearby if you like.
✨ Turn off distractions — silence your phone or put it on Do Not Disturb.
The workshop unfolds in three gentle parts:
Opening Video 🎥: This is your invitation and inspiration. Take it all in, breathe, and allow yourself to arrive.
Neti Neti Meditation 🧘♀️: A beautiful practice of “not this, not that” that will help you clear the mental clutter and find spaciousness inside.
Yin Yoga Practice 🧘♂️: A slow, soothing movement session designed to open your body and calm your nervous system.
You don’t have to rush or check the time ⏳. Move through the videos at your own pace, stay with what feels good, and remember—you are exactly where you need to be.

In this session, we’ll explore the ancient practice of Neti Neti—“not this, not that”—a gentle yet powerful way to peel back the layers of who you think you are, so you can rest in the truth of what remains.
Find a quiet, comfortable space, have your journal nearby for reflections afterward, and let the words guide you into stillness.
✨ Module 3 | Yin Yoga with Askfirmations 🌿🧘♀️
This practice blends the deep release of Yin Yoga with the power of askfirmations—questions that gently open the mind and heart to possibility.
Wear your most comfortable clothes, and bring pillows and blankets so you can fully relax into each posture. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and let each question sink into your body as you rest. Keep your journal nearby to capture any insights that arise.
